7.0. Service deliverables

Each service line or package will provide specific or a group of deliverable services to clients.

7.1. Packages available within the West Midlands.

The West Midlands region includes: Birmingham, Solihull, Wolverhampton, Walsall, Sandwell and Dudley, and Coventry. Your business or the venue at which the assignment will be carried out, must be within a post code area in the West Midlands.

7.2. 4-hours package.

The service deliverable details of this package are as follows:

  • Up to four (4) hours of service time. If we reach the maximum number of images captured within this package or have completed this assignment upon mutual agreement with you, then we will stop our service to you from this point in time. If this is less than four (4) hours, you will not be reimbursed any monies or service credits
  • During the service time, we will capture a defined total number of individual photographs. This will be the maximum number of images that we will photograph during your assignment. We will confirm in writing the total number of photographs.
  • We will basic edit our choice of images from the maximum number of photographs captured. We are under no obligation to basic edit all images captured, but we are obliged to deliver all captured images to you unedited.
  • Basic editing includes, but is not strictly limited to: cropping, resizing, adjustment of exposure layers, such as highlights, vibrance, sharpening and colour temperature adjustments. The basic editing on a single image will take no longer than two (2) minutes of effort.
  • All images will be exported and sent to you in jpeg format.
  • The turn-around time to deliver the captured images, including any that we have basic edited is within four (4) working days of the completion date of the assignment.
  • You must not have any arrears or outstanding balance for us to deliver your captured images to you

7.3. 6-hours package.

  • Up to six (6) hours of service time. If we reach the maximum number of images captured within this package or have completed this assignment upon mutual agreement with you, then we will stop our service to you from this point in time. If this is less than six (6) hours, you will not be reimbursed any monies or service credits
  • During the service time, we will capture a defined total number of individual photographs. This will be the maximum number of images that we will photograph during your assignment. We will confirm in writing the total number of photographs.
  • We will basic edit our choice of images from the maximum number of photographs captured. We are under no obligation to basic edit all images captured, but we are obliged to deliver all captured images to you unedited.

For all packages under this service deliverable, you must pay a non-refundable deposit if we ask you. This deposit must be paid through bank transfer to the details that we provide you. You must settle your remaining or outstanding balance by the due date we inform you of.

7.4. Packages available nationwide in the United Kingdom.

We will advertise through selected marketing, promotions, offers and direct sales photography services nationwide.

The following parts of the United Kingdom are included in our nationwide service offering:

  • City of London
  • Greater Manchester
  • Derbyshire
  • Nottinghamshire
  • Telford
  • Tamworth
  • Leicestershire

For all other parts of the United Kingdom, we will generate a bespoke quote based on your location, logistics and costs involved in providing our services to you.
